**Position Overview**:
We seek a dedicated HR Admin Executive to play a pivotal role in our human resources and administrative functions. This position will focus on crucial HR tasks, including payroll, day-to-day administrative work, leave records, claims and reimbursements processing, up-to-date HR record management, procurement of supplies and equipment, HRDF programs and claims, and various aspects of the recruitment process.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Efficiently manage payroll and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.

2. Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks to maintain a well-organised workplace.

3. Accurately record and manage employee leave records.

4. Process claims and reimbursements, maintaining accurate records and compliance.

5. Ensure HR records are up-to-date and readily accessible for reference.

6. Handle the purchase of supplies and equipment as needed for the organisation.

8. Schedule interviews and coordinate the logistics of the interview process.

9. Assist in processing background checks and other pre-employment verifications.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in payroll management and HR software.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to efficiently process claims and maintain accurate records.
- Understanding of the recruitment process
- Proficiency in administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
