**Responsibilities**:

- Handle internal and external appointment coordination, business itinerary, meeting arrangement records, and other matters for the Director as instructed.
- Assist the Director in handling project management-related matters and understanding project progress and updates.
- Must take on additional work responsibilities or temporarily assigned responsibilities when necessary.
- Willing to travel if necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Self-disciplined, positive, responsible, willing to try and learn new things.
- Good time management and communication skills.
- Priority will be given to those who can communicate in Mandarin (writing ability comes second), and have English communication and writing skills.
- At least 2 years of administrative, management, secretarial or similar work experience is preferred (fresh graduates and interns are also welcome to apply)
- Experience in different fields such as accounting, finance, legal and marketing experience will be an additional advantage.
- It is better if you have a driver's license and have your own transportation.
