Accounts Executive

Prepare full set of accounts including variance analysis and cashflow for month end and year end closing for company.
- Prepare Budget and Forecast for quarter closing
- Prepare timely payments to suppliers and ensure invoices are duly authorized in accordance to company policies
- Perform other financial operations such as petty cash management, bank reconciliation, checking of expense claims
- Work closely with other functions (Project Team) to ensure timely payments and resolve any billing discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with the relevant accounting standards
- Liaise with tax agents and regulatory agents to ensure full compliance with the respective laws and regulations
- Provide expertise in retail management accounts, contributing to strategic financial decision-making.
- Skillfully handle and administer financial transactions and records specific to the company's retail operations.
- Other Ad-Hoc analysis/reporting
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor in the accounting field with relevant working experience.
- Excellent English communication skills (fluent verbal & written English is essential for this role).
- Sound basic skills with MS Office 365 (SharePoint, Excel, Teams, etc.), good keyboard and general computer skills.
- Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to organize & coordinate work, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Able to process high volume accounts with high accuracy and able to complete assigned tasks.
- Analytical skills.
- Team player.
- Able to start immediately / short notice will be preferred.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
