Jr Accounts Executive

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:
**Accounting Records Management**
- Prepare full set of accounts and all supporting schedules for management accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare tax schedules for yearly tax submissions, quarterly related party transactions and financial assistance reports, and other correlated reports.
- Assist with the preparation of consolidated accounts, annual budgets and cash flow projections.
- Monitoring AP, AR and match all incoming invoices with the purchase order and delivery order (if have any) before recording the expenses into General Ledger.
- Liaise and reconcile accounting records with administration department, suppliers and bank statements, and report discrepancies, if any.
- Coordinate accounts related documentations as required by Management.
- Make necessary adjustments as and when necessary, after Management’s review.
- Ensure accounting records and systems are in compliance with company’s policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENT TO POSITION HOLDER**:

- Min 2 years and above
**Skills**
- Knowledge of full sets of accounts, debts recovery and legal procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to liaise with auditors, bankers and tax agents.
- Motivated, takes initiative, pro-active, multi tasking and able to work under pressure.
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
