**Position**:B2B Sales and Digital Marketing Representative

**Location**:KL Sentral

**Working Hours**: 9 AM - 6 PM

**Working Days**: Monday - Friday

**Salary**:RM4,600 - RM5,000 (basic) + Sales KPI Bonus

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales and digital marketing
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Chinese
- Minimum B2 English proficiency

**Responsibilities**:

- Improve client satisfaction by facilitating appropriate product adoption and ensuring an optimal experience.
- Manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized business (SMB) clients, focusing on increasing revenue generation where applicable.
- Provide comprehensive pre and post-sales support across relevant product lines, leveraging your expertise and knowledge.
- Develop proficiency in all advertising solutions offered, staying informed of industry trends and effectively addressing client challenges.
- Demonstrate an ability to identify emerging trends and devise solutions to address client needs effectively.
- Offer valuable product insights and feedback from personal product usage experiences, and relay feedback from advertisers.
- Highlight success stories of advertisers who have achieved business growth through product utilization, serving as a champion for their achievements.
- Utilize a diverse array of communication tools to effectively convey information and drive advertisers' businesses towards success.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,600.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
