- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial sustainability.
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to make informed business decisions.

**Education and Experience**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.**:

- **Proven experience in a managerial role within the fashion / retail industry.**:

- **Minimum 3 years or above related experience in retail fashion which 2 years in supervisory level**

**Industry Knowledge**:

- In-depth understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Familiarity with the Malaysian fashion industry and local market trends.

**Leadership Skills**:

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Proven track record of effective team management and development.

**Business Acumen**:

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement business plans.
- Sound understanding of financial management and budgeting.

**Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, external partners, and customers.

**Problem-Solving Skills**:

- Proactive problem solver with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to address challenges and find innovative solutions.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
