Assistant Manager/manager Human Resources

1. HR Operations
- Collaborate with top management to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
- Proactive and to ensure effective communication with all levels of employee and providing positive reinforcement where necessary.
- Responsible to manage the ad-hoc project assigned.
- To prepare, manage budgets and monitor overall monthly costing.
2. Payroll
- Consolidate & administer HR payroll management reports to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
- Attend to payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.
- Keep updates on the labour laws and compliance requirements
- Ensure all information is always kept in strict Private & Confidential in the HR Department to prevent any leak out of sensitive information.
3. IR/ER
- Stay abreast of industry trends and ensure compliance of HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements.
- Review, implement and enforcement of company policies, rules, and regulations to be up to date with local employment laws, statutory, and regulations.
- Handle employee relations issues and disciplinary actions.
- Manage employee conflicts and provide Counselling with respect to disciplinary issues, grievances, conduct domestic inquiries and manage industrial relations as and when required.
4.Recruitment
- Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new employees.
- Collaboration with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs.
- Keep updates on the latest trends in attracting top talent.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
