Human Resource Manager

Responsible for carrying out Human Resource and manpower planning programmes to manage organization structure, headcount, staffing requirements, individual job strength;
- Manage day to day general office administration including office maintenance, renovation, tenancy agreement;
- Implementation of effective HR policies, procedures and practices;
- Advice and assist management on implementation of performance management system;
- Handle staff disciplinary and welfare issues;
- To maintain and update the company's information;
- To liaise with the company's legal matters;
- Other ad-hoc tasks pertaining to HR and Admin duties as required by Management.
**Job Requirement**:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Managerial position.
- Well versed in Malaysian Labour Laws and Industrial Relations Act.
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Possess leadership qualities and able to interact with people at all levels.
**Job Types**: Contract, Full-time
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
