**Responsibilities**:

- To assist in daily sales coordination, checking / verifying customer’s orders, issuing quotation / invoice and administrative support functions related in the Sales Department.
- To assist in preparing project tender and costing
- Well organized and responsible with an attitude in problem-solving.
- Maintain an efficient filing system.
- Perform other related tasks assigned by your superior.
- Able to perform work in timely manners

**Job Requirement**:

- Proficient computer skills.
- Language: English, Malay (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in Administration & Sales experiences as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be added advantages.
- Able to work independently and with mínimal supervision.
- Prefer knowledge in SQL Accounting System

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
