Responsibilities:

- Support the team administratively by handling documentation, correspondence, filing, and report preparation.
- Compile and prepare documentation.
- Provide general office clerical and dispatch support, including tasks like copying, scanning, faxing, and submitting documents to authorities, clients, and consultants.
- Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure completion of project documentation.
- Manage customer inquiries, deliver technical support, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain effective communication with clients.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to address system alarms, breakdowns, and annual maintenance.
- Update and crosscheck basic information on systems.
- Update and safeguard DLP and warranty records.

Academic Qualification:

- Possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in any field of study.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Own transportation is required, and the ability to occasionally travel for work.
- Capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
