This role will manage the day-to-day relationship between WOGI and its strategic clients. The Client Services Executive will be responsible for the support and satisfaction of our enterprise clients, ensuring quick and seamless on boarding and client demonstrations as well as ongoing relationship management, to ensure their overall satisfaction.

Working with the wider WOGI team, especially business development and merchant acquisition, you will be tasked with implementing processes to ensure prospects turn into satisfied, and long-term accounts of WOGI.

This role also incorporates an element of pre-sales. You should be able to adequately capture and document the requirements of any bespoke client requirements and relay these to the team: including the Operations team, Business Development & Technical team, as appropriate.

**Job Description**_/_**Responsibility**
- Supporting the Client acquisition, on-boarding and management team with new clients, as well as conducting the training and onboarding program for new clients to ensure they adopt WOGI’s services successfully
- Support clients with best-in-class experience by ensuring client enquiries are solved within the provided timeline. Proactively working across departments to resolve any barriers and ensure a smooth experience with assigned accounts.
- Drive overall post-sales relationship with assigned accounts including activities such as training, connecting customers to the appropriate internal resources and maintaining open lines of good communication and relationship
- Able to understand client’s requirements and utilizes in-depth knowledge of solutions and products available to advise clients on the best suitable solutions
- Liaise with the tech team to resolve client requirements and feedback
- Liaise with the business team to create case-studies and client-based communication
- Liaise with the business team and accounting team to prepare and provide purchase orders, invoices, drafting proposals/catalogue and other admin duties as assigned
- Liaise with customer support team on open cases and resolution
- Liaise with Merchant team to provide details for any upcoming demand from new/existing clients to help with forecasting for merchant stocks replenishment
- Maintaining weekly reports for each client project and to ensure every deliverable is tracked accordingly

**Requirements**:

- Natural people person - enthusiastic individual with a go-getter attitude, immediately bond with others and are able to quickly build strong relationships
- Experience in client or account management
- Have a flair for corporate sales
- Systematic and meticulous with an eye for detail
- A start-up attitude - highly collaborative and able to display roll-up-your sleeves attitude.
- Team Player with the ability to work with different functions in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. Able to work independently when required.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
