Job description
- Processing & supervising monthly payroll on a timely basis
- Process and prepare Debit/Credit Notes, Tax Invoices, and payments
- Handle month-end payroll closing, bank reconciliation & payroll schedules
- Perform periodic audit check on the monthly payroll
- Maintain all employees’ data record in the system
- Administer leave management, employee benefits (i.e. insurance), and employee claims
- Perform HR Administrative tasks assigned by the HR Director

**Requirements**:

- Diploma to Degree holders
- At least 1-2 years of payroll experience
- Knowledge in Finance/Accounting and HR functions is an added advantage
- SQL experience is an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, New-Grad

**Salary**: Up to RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Early shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
