**Salary**: Up to RM2500 to RM 3000 + commissions

**Location**: Oasis Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya

**OBJECTIVES**: We are looking for Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to be based in Oxydata, Malaysia. You'll be a part of our Sales Team. This role is to produce high-quality leads and work as a team towards agreed set targets and profitability goals. To provide a high level of sales support by ensuring all queries are responded to in an efficient, professional, and timely manner.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Develop prospect lead generation and sales pipeline.
Identify and create sales opportunities, produce leads and work closely with Account Managers to bring the opportunities and close the sales
Influence customers to buy products/services and to give service information and price quotations.
To attend to customer feedback and handle customer-related inquiries and complaints
Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business
Liaise effectively with all departments to ensure customer requirements are met
To execute all marketing campaigns implemented by Sales
Provide excellent customer experience and always maintain a high level of service and professionalism
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:
At least 1-2 years working within a sales environment preferably in a proactive telemarketing role within the IT industry
Good written & spoken English skills
Creative thinking outside of the box.
This position is internally known as Field Inside Sales Representative.
