Role Description

The Inside Sales Account Manager will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in inside sales account management and a strong understanding of IT hardware products and related markets.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a sales plan that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and drive customer satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales solutions and excellent customer service.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls and other sales activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales account management with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of IT hardware products and related markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and result-driven with a high energy level.
