Description and RequirementsYou will
- Reach out to existing customers to promote the value and benefits of our notebook warranties.
- Upsell and renew warranties on laptops sold by Lenovo.
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase sales revenue by targeting customers with expiring warranties.
- Provide quotes and pricing information to distributors/Partners/customers.
- Address customer concerns and objections.
- Process sales orders and complete necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activity.
- Have a good understanding of the Channel business model.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Co-ordinate and deliver training and/or portfolio overview programs.
- Participate actively in all review and collaboration meetings with internal sales team, partners & vendors.
- Communicate to partners on Sales program and drive pipelines.
- Professional degree in Information Technology OR Computer Science or Business Administration.
- Three to Five (3-5) years relevant experience in an Inside Sales role selling upselling and warranty services for Hardware products like PC, Laptops, Desktop, Tablets etc.
- Good sales mindset in attracting customers and meeting sales numbers.
- Must have good MS Excel skills with Pivot tables and V-lookup experience.
- Good customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Thai language and good command of English.
