Description and Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and experienced ISR Manager to lead and inspire a team of Inside Sales Representatives across GTAP countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive to meet Management Target in assigned country
  • Manage sales forecast with team member and submit on timely basis
  • Take care of a team of ISRs (GTAP countries) and drive KPIs/initiatives to meet business objectives.
  • Ability to deal with various senior level stakeholders to collaborate to achieve goals.
  • Drive and ensure accurate Pipeline Management, daily order loading issues, and account receivable related issues.
  • Drive sales program effectiveness to ensure deliver adjacencies results, including liaison with product team.
  • Resourceful and initiative in driving business process improvements with various internal departments.
  • Resolve escalations in a timely manner and provide world-class customer experiences.
