Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Support Commercial department to handle tender documentation and Vendor Registration.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training programs, if required
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Provide general administrative support to the management team as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in office management or administrative support is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is an advantage.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
