Job Description**:HR & Administration Executive**
- Position Overview:_

We are currently seeking a talented and highly organized HR & Admin Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the human resources and administrative functions of our organization. Your expertise in HR policies, recruitment, employee relations, and administrative processes will contribute to creating a positive work environment and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

**Responsibilities**:
Human Resources Management:

- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct new employee orientation and facilitate onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records, including personnel files, benefits, and attendance records.
- Coordinate performance management processes, providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll administration.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, deductions, and benefits enrollment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.

Administrative Support:

- Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for employees.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain and update company policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Support other administrative tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
