Business Admin Executive

Collaborate closely with the key Account Manager to support the management of customers in the Southern Region, encompassing Johor Bahru and Melaka.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers in JB and Melaka regarding sales inquiries, sales reporting, and other documentation requirements.
- Proactively engage with customers via phone to understand their specific needs and preferences.
- Generate competitive quotations and commercial proposals.
- Provide assistance with documentation and relevant administrative tasks.
- Facilitate the preparation and processing of orders associated with projects involving partners, vendors, and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate customers' registration and records.
- Undertake additional job-related responsibilities on an ad-hoc basis as directed by Managers.
**Job Requirements**:
- Proficient in both verbal and written English communication.
- Past experience in managing invoices and administration responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Words.
- Training will be provided.
