**Job Scope**:

- The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall technology infrastructure and operations within the organization.
- This role involves implementing and maintaining technology solutions, ensuring network security, and providing technical support to all companies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the organization's technology infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
- Implement and maintain backup & disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and data loss.
- Collaborate with other departments to assess technology needs and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments, and make recommendations for upgrades or enhancements.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT products and services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to data security and privacy.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a related role.
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and cybersecurity technologies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Creative thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- A desire to continually upgrade technical knowledge
- Relevant certifications in IT and Computerizing are a plus.

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
