Our company is specialized for laser treatment in aesthetic industries. It has been established since 2015. Right now, we already have 5 branches and still planning to grow more in the future. Our vision is to give the best beauty treatment & service in aesthetic industries. We are here to help the society to increase their living standards and their finance.
We are looking for someone that is energetic, creative person & the most important thing is someone who want to grow together with the company. We have no problem in hiring a person with zero experience in aesthetic field because we will provide the training platform to anyone that joined us to master their skills & increase their knowledge. We believe that everyone has its own value.

Your duty:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the aesthetic clinic, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain high-quality service delivery.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor clinic staff to achieve performance goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
- Ensure a positive and welcoming environment for clients, promoting exceptional customer service.
- Address client concerns and feedback promptly, maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive clinic revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for business growth, such as partnerships, promotions, and community outreach.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetic appeal within the clinic.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Manage the clinic budget, monitor expenses, and report financial performance to upper management.
- Work closely with the finance department to achieve financial goals and objectives.
What you will need:
- SKM certified individuals are most welcomed to join (Optional)
- Passionate about learning new skills.
- Attentive and enjoys listening to the customer and helping them to achieve their beauty goals.
- Experience in the beauty industry is preferable.
- Experience with laser treatments is a bonus.
Good interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality
