Human Resource Internship

_Duties & responsibilities_*
- Preparation of all HR correspondence letters such as appointment, confirmations, salary review, resignations, termination, warning and etc
- Assist in conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
- Assist in performing daily attendance tracking, leave management and processing of monthly employee claims
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
- Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
- Assist in planning & implementing of company events (team building, festivals celebrations, annual dinner etc)
- Any other HR operational and clerical duties as required.
- **Skills & qualification**_
- Final Year of Pursuing BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
- Solid communication skills
- Understands company culture
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

**Salary**: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month
