Business Development and Analysis Executive

In this position, you'll oversee the commission process from beginning to end. This is pivotal in upholding data accuracy, evaluating sales performance, and introducing incentive initiatives to boost productivity and competitive edge among our sales team.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Manage the commission process from start to finish.
- Develop innovative incentive initiatives to boost sales team productivity.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify and resolve commission-related issues.
- Generate insightful daily sales reports to facilitate decision-making.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales organization effectiveness.
- Analyze commission and incentive structures to maintain competitiveness in the market.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Actuarial Science, Finance, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales planning, analysis, or business development.
- Proficient in Excel or Business Analytic tools.
- Experience with sales forecasting and territory analysis.
- Strong data presentation skills.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
