**Job Summary**:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and clients, and driving the growth of our company. Your primary goal will be to generate new business through strategic partnerships, market analysis, and innovative sales strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Market Research and Analysis in Investment Opportunities**:

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify lucrative investment opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities to stay ahead of shifts in the investment landscape.
- Provide insightful reports and updates on market dynamics to the executive leadership team.

**2. Business Growth through investment initiatives**:

- Develop and execute strategic investment plans to drive business growth and achieve financial objectives.
- Identify and pursue high-potential investment opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
- Effectively manage investment portfolios to maximize returns and mitigate risks.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and project delivery.
- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly to maintain a positive client experience.

**3. Sales and Negotiation**:

- Lead negotiations and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the company's products/services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies and proposals.

**4. Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align business strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team to enhance their performance and achieve collective goals.

**5. Reporting and Analysis of Investment Performance**:

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of investment portfolios, tracking key performance metrics and benchmarks.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting investment performance and strategic insights.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of investment trends and opportunities, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.

**6. Investment Strategies**:

- Clearly articulate investment strategies and rationale behind investment decisions to stakeholders, including investors, board members, and regulatory authorities.
- Foster transparency and trust by providing detailed explanations of investment processes, risk management practices, and expected outcomes.
- Engage with stakeholders proactively to address inquiries and concerns, ensuring alignment and confidence in the organization's investment approach.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degrees such as MBA or CFA are preferred.
- Proven track record of success in investment management, business development, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and business trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
