**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for performing a variety of general administrative and clerical support, including compiling all related human resource, general administration, and accounts, verifying the accuracy of the documents, recording and maintaining its records.
- Responsible for monitoring and ensuring the submission of documents to the human resource, general administration and accounts department are on time and updated accordingly.
- Responsible for assisting other team members in compiling marketing source data for computer entry, preparing, verifying accuracy, sort information and inserting information to the spreadsheet or computer system according to priorities within time limits.
- Responsible for monitoring and ensuring that office supplies and inventories are well-organised and the storerooms are kept tidy at all times.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM qualification with at least 4 years of working experience in a similar capacity is required.
- Working experience in e-commerce / retail industry will be an advantage.
- Ability to multitasking in a fast paced work environment is preferred.
- Possess excellent knowledge and skills in data entry and well verse with excel format.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia with good communication skills written and spoken.
- Good organization skills, attention to details and a good team player with positive working attitude.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
