**Job Title**:Assistant Purchase cum Admin
**Location**: Bukit Rambai, Melaka.
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary Range**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
**Business Hours**:
Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 5:30 pm)
Saturday (8:30 am to 12:00 pm)
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Procurement Assistance**:
1.1) Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services required for operational needs.
1.2) Maintain comprehensive records of purchases, including pricing, suppliers' details, and inventory levels.
1.3) Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
1.4) Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documents accurately and promptly.
**2. Administrative Support**:
2.2) Assist in organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents related to procurement and administrative activities.
2.3) Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
2.4) Act as a liaison between different departments and external parties, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
**3. Client Interaction**:
3.1) Prepare quotations and bills of quantities for clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
3.2) Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive and client-focused approach.
**4. Language Proficiency**:
4.1) Fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, and English is essential for effective communication with suppliers, clients, and colleagues.
**5. Other Duties**:
5.1) Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities related to procurement, administration, and general office support as assigned by management.
**Qualifications**:
a) Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
b) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
d) Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
**Additional Requirements**:

c) Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
d) Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
e) Knowledge of construction industry procurement processes is a plus.
