Processing returns by following company policies and procedures.
- Answering customer questions about products and services using knowledge of in-depth product knowledge or technical computer skills
- Interpreting and communicating policy changes to customers in a way that helps them understand why policies were changed.
- Providing information about the status of an order or shipment, processing returns, and answering questions about shipping rates or methods
- Performing other clerical tasks such as filing documents in electronic storage systems or paper filing systems
- Processing payments by taking credit card information over the phone or online through websites.
- Handling customer complaints regarding orders that were damaged or incorrect.

**Requirements**:

- Native/Spouse Visa/Asian Talent welcome to apply.
- Excellent oral and written skills in the Japanese language, non-native have certificate in JLPT1/JLPT2 is preferred.
- Ready to relocate to Malaysia.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 per month
