**JOB SUMMARY**
- To ensure all function order from Sales & Marketing department circulates accordingly.
- To interact closely with sales & marketing personnel from all sales office as required.
- To follow up quotations/confirmation/invoices/FO for IPSO as and when delegates.
- To provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all clients via incoming enquiries and ensure proper/accurate and detailed info and message is being disseminated to relevant personnel to increase business for the theme park.
- To conduct and coordinate park tours as and when necessary.
- To ensure all incoming / outgoing correspondences are dealt with promptly.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum SPM level with at least one (1) year relevant working experience;
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential,
- ability to speak Mandarin & Cantonese languages is an added advantage
- Knowledge and skills to handle import shipments (will be an added advantage)
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with suppliers,
- Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and team player who can also work independently.
- Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment
- Hardworking and meticulous with a positive attitude
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Purchasing, Inventory/Material or equivalent
- Applicants must be willing to work at SUNWAY LOST WORLD OF TAMBUN, IPOH, PERAK
