We are an established automotive company, based in Ipoh, Perak and in line with our expansion, we seek for a young, enthusiasm and energetic Personal Assistant to assist our Group CEO.
- Act as the trusted point of contact for the Group CEO for all external parties and internal employees, representing the CEO and the Company as and when required.
- To provide full range of confidential personal assistance to the CEO.
- Collaborate with all departments to facilitate communication to/from Management.
- Organization and involvement of miscellaneous functions and events as assigned by the Management, involve in future developement of the company's business.
- Coordinates and facilitates the CEO’s calendar to arrange appointments, meetings, conferences and bookings of travel & accommodation and remind the CEO for such arrangements and appointments.
- Follow up issues and report to CEO on urgent matters
- Dealing with general correspondence with internal and external parties.
- Undertake special assignments other ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the Management.

Job Requirements:

- Young and energetic male or female, with at least 3 years’ working experience as a Personal Assistant to the top Management Executive.
- Willing to put extra hours to meet the competing deadline in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Must be independent, resourceful, analytical and possess good communication skills with all internal and external parties.
- Proficiency in MS Suite, business writing skills and basic knowledge in Accounting.
- Well verse in IT and knowledge in digital marketing is an added advantage.
- Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia or any other local dialect.
