Based in: Head Office, Ipoh**Responsibilities**
- Provide effective, quality and prompt secretarial/administrative assistance and support to Senior Management.
- To provide secretarial duties such as handling correspondences, screening and responding incoming mails and calls and take actions appropriately.
- To prepare reports, data analysis, materials for presentations and discussions using the latest Microsoft Office Software.
- To provide front line services and coordinate/co-operate professionally with all departments as required.
- To organize and manage confidential documents and information with utmost discretion and maintain an organized filing for smooth data retrieval.
- Any other secretarial/administrative tasks required.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess at least a recognized Degree in Secretarial/Business Studies/Management or equivalent.
- Working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a corporate environment are added advantage.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and orally.
- Alertness and attention to details and can work under stress.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, pro-active and multi-tasking abilities.
- Possess interpersonal skill, initiative, integrity, resourcefulness and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Must be willing to work in Ipoh.
