  • Act as the trusted point of contact for the Group CEO for all external parties and internal employees, representing the CEO and the Company as and when required.
  • To provide full range of confidential personal assistance to the CEO.
  • Collaborate with all departments to facilitate communication to/from Management.
  • Organization and involvement of miscellaneous functions and events as assigned by the Management, involve in future developement of the company's business.
  • Coordinates and facilitates the CEO's calendar to arrange appointments, meetings, conferences and bookings of travel & accommodation and remind the CEO for such arrangements and appointments.
  • Follow up issues and report to CEO on urgent matters
  • Dealing with general correspondence with internal and external parties.
  • Undertake special assignments other adhoc functions and related duties as and when required by the Management.

Job Requirements:

  • Young and energetic male or female, with at least 3 years' working experience as a Personal Assistant to the top Management Executive.
  • Willing to put extra hours to meet the competing deadline in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Must be independent, resourceful, analytical and possess good communication skills with all internal and external parties.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite, business writing skills and basic knowledge in Accounting.
  • Well verse in IT and knowledge in digital marketing is an added advantage.
  • Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia or any other local dialect.
