CRM Specialist

**Qualifications**
Tertiary Certificate/Degree qualification and a minimum of 3 years proven CRM experience.
**Knowledge and Skills Essential**
- Experience reporting and analysing performance across various CRM channels. Being able to extract learnings and communicate clearly the analysis.
- Experience managing CRM campaigns from end to end. Being accountable for the execution. This includes briefing, copywriting and proofing across various CRM channels.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical and commercial stakeholders to execute campaigns and manage priorities.
- Good understanding of database attributes, segmentation and CRM best practices (especially across eDM, SMS and Push).
- Have confidence in how target expressions can be used to create specific audiences for campaigns.
- Being able to accommodate changing business needs within short turnaround times.
- Be comfortable in a fast past environment.
**Desirable**
- A solid understanding of the technical systems behind CRM and MarTech platforms and programs.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Retail, FMCG or QSR marketing experience
- Experience working for an international brand
**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
