Executive-group Strategy

Assist in design and update the performance framework periodically in coordination with the various business functions amongst the Group of Companies, in line with the organizational strategic direction and functional objectives.
- Develop and update the appraisal process and guidelines and manage the appraisal process across business groups (BGs) and the respective business units (BUs).
- Work closely with business owners and performance management controller to ensure timely and accurate completion of the performance cycle.
- Work with internal stakeholders across BGs and BUs through respective HR Leaders, to embed a culture of continuous feedback on employee performance.
- Collect the performance appraisal results and work with the data analytics team to analyze and display results for all BGs and BUs in dashboards.
- Manage the performance cycle and calendar, actively communicate with employees and ensure that each activity in the performance process is executed within the specified timeframe and as per defined guidelines.
- Coordinate with Talent Management teams to gather and provide necessary input.
- Identify areas for improvement to ensure an effective implementation of performance management and alignment between performance and business needs.
- Undertake other such reasonable duties as required by the management and department.

**; Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in strategic human resource management or related experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Understanding of the performance management framework and practice.
- Project management skills, change management skills, and agile.
- Ability to interpret data critically and objectively to generate data-driven performance insights.
- Able to manage and guide performance analysts, controllers, and HR personnel.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint is a must.
- Travelling within Klang Valley is required.
