Job Scope:

- Attending professionally to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Promote products and services to potential customers when necessary.
- Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports on customer inquiries, feedbacks and complaints category.
- Support and create records for database on customer and other data.
- Set up SOP for customer service processing flow.
- Any additional tasks and supports role as requested.

Job Requirement:

- Minimum qualification is Diploma and above.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Have experience in customer service/call center task.
- Can work in minimum supervision.
- Able to work in Tmn Desa Kundang
- Possess own transport

Monday to Saturday
9:30am to 6:30pm
MYR 1,500 - MYR 3,000 (depends on working experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

**Benefits**:
