Customer Service Executive 【中文客服】

_**Key Responsibilities**:_
- Plan and coordinate transportation and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery of goods & documents (POD).
- Ensure prompt and courteous handling of customer inquiries and issues.
- Manage (& negotiate working agreements) with outsourced carriers & distribution partners.
- Resolve any transportation or delivery issues that arise.
- Monitor performance metrics such as on-time delivery, transportation costs, and delivery damage.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics operations and customer satisfaction.
- Establish a logistics improvement project to support the above (involving system upgrade).
- Optimize routes and schedules to maximize efficiency & minimize cost.
- **Qualifications and Requirements**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
- Initiative and drive to continuously look for ways to improve business processes.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office & transportation management systems is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and detail-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and vendors.
- Experience in developing and monitoring performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
