**主要責任**:
**1. 銷售支援**:與銷售團隊合作,在客戶會議、產品演示和銷售演示期間提供技術專業知識和支援。

**2. 產品展示**:為潛在客戶進行現場技術產品展示,重點介紹空氣清淨機產品的主要特點、優點和使用場景。

**3. 客戶參與**:以專業和禮貌的方式與客戶互動,同時安排現場過濾器更換預約並解決他們可能對此過程提出的任何問題。

**4. 過濾器更換服務**:根據公司提供的建議時間表和指南前往客戶所在地進行空氣清淨機過濾器更換。

**5. 技術支援**:為客戶提供現場技術協助,包括解決與空氣清淨機操作或性能相關的任何問題。

**6. 產品知識**:充分了解我們的空氣清淨機產品,包括其特性、功能和維護要求,以有效引導客戶完成過濾器更換流程。

**7. 文件**:保留過濾器更換活動、客戶互動以及現場訪問期間遇到的任何技術問題的準確記錄。

**8. 品質保證**:確保過濾器更換精確且注重細節,以維護我們產品和服務的品質標準。

**9. 回饋收集**:收集客戶對過濾器更換服務整體滿意度的回饋,並將此資訊轉發給相關部門以進行持續改進。

**10. 安全合規性**:在進行現場過濾器更換時遵守所有安全協議和程序,以最大程度地降低風險並確保客戶和員工的福祉。

**11. 庫存管理**:追蹤更換過濾器的庫存水平,並與倉庫/物流團隊協調,確保有足夠的庫存用於預定的預約。

**資格**:
1. 需要文憑或同等資格;任何工程領域的技術認證或培訓。
