**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead and manage the sales of fertiliser products and other services.
- Carry out agronomic research and monitor trials to improve agricultural practices, with a particular emphasis on oil palm and durian crops.
- Provide technical advice and support to plantation and farm owners, offering recommendations that are tailored to their specific needs to maximise productivity.
- Develop and maintain robust customer relationships, ensuring regular communication, problem-solving, and follow-up to deliver outstanding service and support.
- Offer comprehensive training on various agronomic aspects to clients to help improve their understanding and practices in crop management.
- Explore and identify new prospects and customers, establishing business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence in the agricultural industry.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the technical sales teams, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary agronomic knowledge and skills to effectively serve our clients.
- Assist clients with technical advice, influencing decision-making processes regarding agronomic practices.
- Work in close collaboration with the marketing and support teams to devise and implement promotional strategies that align with agronomic trends and customer needs, thereby improving market reach and penetration.
- Execute any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

**QUALIFICATION**
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Plant Science, or related fields.
- Solid experience in technical sales in the agricultural sector; expertise in oil palm, durian cultivation is particularly advantageous.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of related working experience.
- Strong analytical skills to discern trial data and research for practical implementation.
- Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Proven capability to manage and expand a customer portfolio in a competitive environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively convey complex information.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Flexibility for extensive travel to client sites and research locations.
- Valid driving license

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical Sales in the agricultural sector: 3 years (preferred)

- Bahasa Melayu and English (preferred)

- 75% (preferred)
