**Responsibilities / Authorities**:
a) Delivery schedule planning, follow up dairy job order progress internally.
b) Proposing better solution for customers’ needs and difficulties.
c) Regular customers visit to seek for business opportunity.
d) Sales closing provide quotation, receive drawing and information from customer.
e) Work closely with internal design team for design requirement and provide design criteria.
f) Provide calculating and costing for parts with profitable margin.
g) Strategies planning for market expansion and exploring.
h) Work closely with internal production crew for quality control and technical knowledge sharing.
i) Monitor sale figure and compiling monthly sale trend chart.
**Competency requirements**:
a) Min SPM or Diploma in marketing or engineering.
b) Knowledge in metal precision fabrication environment.
c) Proficient in English, Malay or Mandarin (both verbal and written).
d) Self-supervising and dynamic.
