**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for sales and business development in Malaysia and potentially other specific SEA markets to be assigned
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and grow sales in existing customers
- Servicing existing customers, build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationship through regular interactions with key contacts.
- Achieving sales targets and growth by assessing current customers’ needs with closely follow up and managing on order intake.
- Resolves customer complaints by gathering relevant information and working closely with internal Technical team.
- Regular coordination and cooperation with internal departments (Production, Quality, Planning & Internal Sales)
- Monitor competition activities by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products and business direction.
- Provide effective, accurate and timely communication of market, competitor and customer needs.
- Keep management informed by submitting weekly and monthly plan and activity reports.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A Degree/Diploma in technical field, commerce or business development.
- Proven track record in sales and business development in Malaysia / SEA
- Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in technical sales; preferably in the industrial packaging or Cement/Building Materials/Chemical industry.
- Good communication, negotiation and sales skills
- Good interpersonal skills; able to handle people of different organization levels
- Strong analytical thinker, structured in his/her approach
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Independent with ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneously priorities
- Feels comfortable in a demanding, international surrounding
- Good MS-Office skills (Excel, PPT)

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
