**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in vendor registration and WPP's SOX/Internal compliance processes under the guidance of the Procurement Manager.
- Support procurement of goods and services for advertising campaigns, focusing on media buying, creative services, and production.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage campaign costs and ensure supplier alignment.
- Collaborate with project managers on tracking of third-party vendor cost and submission status.
- Participate in contract negotiations to secure competitive rates and favorable terms for advertising placements and creative resources.
- Contribute to quarterly evaluations of advertising vendors and assist in preparing performance reports.
- Help maintain positive supplier relationships and address purchasing-related issues promptly.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining purchasing records for easy retrieval and compliance audits.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in vendor management or procurement, ideally within an Advertising Agency.
- Basic understanding of negotiation principles and advertising procurement processes.
- Familiarity with media buying, creative services, and the supplier landscape in the advertising industry is a plus.
- Strong time management, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to assist in analytical tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn procurement software.
