Digital Business Developer (Enterprise Business)

What You Do

You will engage in B2B sales targeting enterprises for our innovative CLaaS® learning solution.

You are a sales hunter, constantly researching on the web for contact database curation to generate high quality leads with targeted digital outbound sales prospecting process.

You engage in consultative solution sales with timely online2offline engagement leveraging on digital driven contents and technology for productive sales qualification and conversion.

What We Need
- **Communication Skills**: Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients, understanding their needs, and articulating the value proposition of products or services.
- **Product Knowledge**: A thorough understanding of the company's products or services, as well as their features, benefits, and competitive advantages, is crucial for effectively communicating value to customers and addressing their needs.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with the industry, market trends, competitors, and customer pain points can help to provide valuable insights to clients.
- **Goal Orientation**: Sales roles often come with targets and quotas, so sales professionals should be goal-oriented, driven, and motivated to achieve or exceed their sales objectives.
- **Resilience and Persistence**: Sales can be challenging and rejection is common, so successful salespeople must have the resilience to bounce back from setbacks, handle rejection positively, and persist in pursuing opportunities.
- **Time Management Skills**: Effective sales professionals must be able to prioritize tasks, manage their time efficiently, and focus on activities that drive results.
- **Adaptability**: The ability to adapt to changing circumstances, customer needs, and market conditions is essential for staying competitive and maintaining success in sales.
- **Ethics and Integrity**: Trust and credibility are fundamental in sales, so ethical behavior, honesty, and integrity are critical qualities for sales professionals to maintain long-term relationships with clients

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,900.00 per month
