Launchy is a media & data company in the crypto space with over 20,000+ subscribers. Our aim is to become the leading newsletter & data provider for crypto builders & investors. Think Bloomberg, but for crypto.

As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking a talented Business Development Associate to join our team and drive our sponsorship and partnership efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and research potential sponsors by closely monitoring relevant newsletters, websites, and industry sources to generate high-quality leads and secure their contact information.
- Conduct engaging demo calls with sponsors via Google Meet, discussing their marketing objectives and showcasing the value proposition of our newsletter and other media offerings.
- Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with sponsors, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty to Launchy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored sponsorship packages and proposals that align with the unique needs and goals of each sponsor.
- Negotiate and close sponsorship deals, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, products, and developments in the cryptocurrency space to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Business Development professional in a crypto company, preferably within the crypto media sector.
- Established network within the cryptocurrency industry, with existing relationships and connections to key decision-makers at potential sponsor companies.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade a diverse range of stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, including a solid grasp of the latest products, trends, and market dynamics.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a genuine passion for closing deals and consistently achieving or surpassing ambitious targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using various sales and marketing tools, such as CRM systems and social media platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
