We are currently seeking a high-energy and charismatic Business Development Associate to join one of the fastest-growing intra-city delivery platforms in Asia. If you thrive under pressure and embody a spirit of excellence, this role is for you

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead Management: Manage leads through the sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems.
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or products.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate with potential leads.
- Sales effort: Deliver compelling sales presentations or demonstrations to potential clients through given leads..
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management on key performance metrics.

- Strong Virtual sales skills to effectively promote and secure clients for our services. Stay knowledgeable about our products and discuss available options.
- Can-do attitude and grit to seize new opportunities and make things happen.
- Knowledge and understanding of mobile and web technologies.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills (Proficiency in CRM programs is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel or G-suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

**What you’ll need**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, business development, telesales, or any related field
- Diploma (or higher) in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field is an added advantage but not mandatory.
