i) ADMINISTRATION MATTER
Perform & manage day-to-day administrative & operational activities of the company as direct by the direct manager & the management.
Review, summarize & prepare various administrative reports as & when necessary.
Answering phone call & direct incoming calls to appropriate party promptly.
Compiling and data entry all the entire client, supplier, consultants and etc contact to the computer system.
Updates the company webpages when required.
Performing company daily documents courier task

ii) GENERAL PURCHASING
Maintains a record of the amount, kind and value of office stationeries, equipment.
Maintain and report the record of distribution of the office stationeries, equipment such as printer, scanner, projector & etc.
Responsible on control records showing stock on hand; stock on order and stock used during previous periods to the finance manager & the management.
Maintain stock records and recommends or initiates ordering of supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
Assists or supervises the ordering of special office equipment.
Prepared & submit monthly office supplies such as stationeries, catridge & pantry stuff stock in and stock out reports.

iii) HR
Check and data entry the daily attendance record to excel sheet and record in the attendance notice board,
Processing the monthly attendance record by log into the attendance system and submit the report to the Finance department after the attendance closing on 25th of every month.
SKA Services is a company who providing professional services on auditing, reporting, resource planning and providing the necessary optimization services, repairs or upgrade on your current equipment, infrastructure and system such as CCTV system, alarm handling, door access and other security system.
