**STUDENT RETENTION PROJECT**

1. Identify and Engage with Inactive Students: Obtain and analyze data on inactive students.

Contact these students to provide tailored guidance and solutions aimed at encouraging their re-enrollment.

2. To implement and manage strategies to facilitate student re-enrollment, including:
a) Conducting Challenge Tests.

b) Providing academic advice.

c) Arranging for tutors or research assistants.

d) Assisting with re-registration processes

3. To provide comprehensive information about academic programs and financial assistance

options, including PTPTN, financial institution loans, installment payments, EPF withdrawals, scholarships, and AeU Zakat.

4. To maintain regular communication with re-enrolled students and actively seek feedback on their educational experiences and address any concerns to ensure their continued engagement and satisfaction.

5. To keep track and remind students to pay their fees.

6. Work closely with the academic advisers to encourage positive interactions with all students

as advisers are a key point of contact for students.

7. To provide feedback on existing programs, highlighting what is working well and identifying areas for improvement.

8. To propose possible strategies for increasing retention, and translate them to institutional policy and practice.

9. To perform any other relevant tasks given by the management from time to time.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**

1. Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply

2. 1-year contract (AeU may decide to have the unit permanently to cater student retention related issues)

3. At least posses of Diploma in any field

4. Can work under pressure & overtime

**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
