**Job Summary**
- We are looking to employ an HR officer with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The HR officer is expected to be knowledgeable with employment legislation and possess strategic and commercial insight to the labor process.
**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:
- To ensure accurate record keeping and maintain confidentiality.
- Ensure every information about staff been documented in staff personnel file.
- Perform general clerical duties.
- To carry out other HR related duties as assigned from time to time.
- Involve and assist in any event under HR department.
- To liaise with third party such as insurance/road tax renewal.
- To assist the HR Executive / Manager and complete assignments given.
- Responsible for performing general office duties such as handling mails, preparing; correspondence, compiling & maintaining reports.
**Job Requirements**:
- Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Initiative, resourceful and self-motivated.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office Applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Language(s) preferred: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Contract length: 6-12 months
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
