HR & Admin Executive (1 Year Contract)

**Responsibilities**
- Assist on general HR activities including payroll, compensation & benefits, leave management, employee relations and other HR administration function.
- Update and maintain employee records and documents in HR Management System and other HR relevant systems to ensuring complete data accuracy and keeping information up to date.
- Plan, coordinate & follow-up with all department HOD on scheduling new staff orientation.
- Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Search, negotiation and coordinate training, workshops or seminars for employees and submit for HRDF claiming.
- Organize & collaborate with Sport Committees onto coordinate employee engagement programs and Company activities.
- Assist on monitoring administrative functions including purchase of stationery, office supplies and office equipment.
- Assist to cover Receptionist from time to time.
- Any ad hoc tasks from management.
**Requirements**:
- At least 1-2 years working experience in HR & Admin field will be added advantage.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess own transport and must be willing to work in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
