**1. Administrative Support**:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and policies.
**2. Recruitment Assistance**:
- Maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
**3. Onboarding and Orientation**:
- Coordinate new hire orientations and assist in the onboarding process.
- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and documentation.
**4. Benefits Administration**:
- Support in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and issues.
**5. Time and Attendance**:
- Track and manage employee attendance and timekeeping records.
- Process time-off requests and maintain accurate records.
**6. HR Policies and Compliance**:
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
**7. Employee Relations**:
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
- Handle basic employee relations matters and escalate issues as needed.
**8. Training and Development**:
- Coordinate training sessions and development programs for employees.
- Maintain training records and assist in tracking employee development.
**9. HR Reporting**:
- Generate HR reports and analytics as needed.
- Compile and analyze HR metrics for reporting to management.
**10. Miscellaneous Tasks**:
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
- Stay informed about HR trends and best practices.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field may be preferred).
- Previous administrative or HR experience is often desirable.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
**Job Type**: Contract
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
