Purchasing Executive Personal Assistant

a) Job Description:

- 准备采购文件；
- 跟踪订单并确保及时交货；
- 与供应商进行日常互动；
- 根据需要审查库存和订单；
- 需有经验从网上购买中国进口商品
- 需有经验从网上购买商品 淘宝、Shopee、Lazada
- 完成管理层分配的任何任务
- 驾管理人员要去的地方
- 完成 HOD 不时分配的任何其他职责。

b) Job Requirements:

- 具有文凭或及以上学历；
- 优秀的分析能力；
- 良好的中文,英语和马来语话书面,口头沟通能力和书写
- 我们正在寻找能说流利中文的人，因为该职位要求候选人与来自中国的说普通话的客户打交道和沟通；
- 与内部和外部各方合作的强大能力。
- 有效的汽车驾驶执照

c) Job Description:

- prepare purchasing documents;
- track orders and ensure timely delivery;
- interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis;
- review inventories and order as required;
- Have experience purchase goods from China (for import)
- Have experience for online purchase item from Taobao, Shopee, Lazada
- Complete any task assigned by Management
- Be a Driver to Management staff go to certain location
- to complete any other duties assigned by HOD from time to time.

d) Job Requirements:

- possesses a Diploma and above certificates;
- excellent analysis skills;
- good English & Chinese communication in written, oral, listen
- intense capability in collaborating with internal and external parties.
- Valid car driving license

e) Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

f) Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
