**Salary**
RM3500.00 - RM4800.00 (Depending On Experience)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage Director's correspondence and communication in English and Mandarin.
- Arrange Director's schedule, meetings, and travel.
- Assist in document preparation and presentations.
- Support Director in sales activities and client follow-up.
- Conduct research for decision-making.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Collaborate with team for office efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Previous Executive Assistant experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to travel as when required in both international and local.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in business administration or related field.
- Previous sales support or customer relationship management experience.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
